A procession will begin at 5 p.m. from the American Legion and march to the Fishermen's Monument where there will be a ceremony, flowers scattered in the ocean and wreaths placed at the monument.]]></description>

Place was one of few people who went down to the boulevard after attending the Fishermen Memorial Service which was held inside this year at the America Legion Square because of bad weather, but Place said the only reason he would miss the ceremony would be if he were dead.]]></description>
