Mark Kanegis, owner of Kanegis Gallery at 13B Bearskin Neck, said the town has been slow to address concerns stemming from large trucks delivering goods along Bearskin Neck during the busy summer season. Kanegis took this picture of a truck traveling down the Neck just feet away from people and sent it via e-mail to selectmen on July 4.
