Mary Muckenhoupt/Gloucester Daily Times O’Maley Middle School pupils walk toward their bus at the end of the school day yesterday. Gloucester’s school administration is proposing charging $250 per year per kindergartner through eighth-grader to ride the bus if they live less than two miles from their school. The fee would be capped at $500 a family.
