Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. Larry Brooks, left, gets into a new lift at the Unitarian Univesalist Church in Gloucester on Wednesday helped by grounds manager Newt Fink, right. Brooks is now able to attend the church functions after not being able to in six years since he's been in a wheelchair. Ceremonies were held at the church to unveil the new lifts and other work in the building that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
