Rockport High School Apartments are up for lease again. Voters at the Annual Town Meeting will decide whether to lease the apartments for 51 years. Original resident John Tuck has lived in the building since it opened as apartments in 1997. He also went to school there. His apartment is in the area which had been the cafeteria. He created the artwork at center almost completely out of the small sewage disks that washed up in the last couple of years, originally from a wastewater treatment plant in Hooksett, N.H.
