Brothers Joe Randazzo, right, and Rob Randazzo, both of Gloucester, are ready for the new fishing year that begins today. They are taking their fishing boat, The New Razzo, out for its maiden voyage today after transforming it from a Newfoundland seal boat nto a dragger that will hopefully catch cod, haddock, flounder, grey sole and other fish. Joe took it for a test run on Monday. They have painted, added new lettering, and put in new winches and new ropes among other improvements.
