Allegra Boverman/Gloucester Daily Times. Heating oil, dyed red to differentiate it from other kinds of fuel, floated to a spot on Rocky Neck off Sumac Lane. The fuel leaked from the Osprey when the trawler ran aground overnight off of Ten Pound Island. The vessel, to the right of the red ship, center, top, returned to its berth at Harbor Loop. The spill was being cleaned up by Enpro, supervised by the Coast Guard.
