A boom was set up around the Osprey, above center, a herring trawler, at its berth in Harbor Loop on Thursday. Overnight the vessel ran aground at Ten Pound Island, puncturing its fuel tank. The boat was being prepared to be hauled and repaired. At left, some of the fuel from the tank washed out toward Rocky Neck off Sumac Lane and was being cleaned up by Enpro, under the supervision of the Coast Guard.
