Emily Paterson and Peter McCusker, both of Enpro, set up a boom to collect fuel that had leaked from the Osprey, a herring trawler, on Thursday after the vessel ran aground at Ten Pound Island and its fuel tank was punctured. The fuel floated into a small cove in Rocky Neck along Sumac Lane.
