Noble achieves membership on Million Dollar Round Table

Gloucester resident Lucas Noble has achieved membership in the financial industries' prestigious Million Dollar Round Table. Million Dollar Round Table, or MDRT, is The Premier Association of Financial Professionals and is recognized internationally as the standard of excellence in the industry.

Noble is a financial planner with of the MetLife Financial Group of Massachusetts in Danvers as well as a financial services representative. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisers (NAIFA), and is the chairman of a local city committee. In his time at MetLife, Noble has qualified for both Leader's and President's Conference — an honor bestowed to a select set of MetLife's top producers. He has worked in the financial services industry since 2006.

As a member of MDRT, Noble has demonstrated exceptional professional knowledge, strict ethical conduct and outstanding client service. The association makes up less than 1 percent of the world's most successful financial services professionals from 76 nations and territories.

Chamber's $25,000 game

Tickets are available for the Cape Ann Chamber of Commerce's 30th annual $25,000 game. Cost is $100 per ticket.

There will be 12 game winners: first prize is $10,000; second prize is $5,000; third prize is $2,500; six fourth prizes at $1,000 each; and three fifth prizes at $500 each. A game ticket includes the price of admission for two to the drawing on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 5 to 7 p.m., at the Gloucester House restaurant, Rogers Street, Gloucester.

Consalvo joins Sandy Bay Stables

Horse trainer Melissa Consalvo has been hired by Sandy Bay Stables in Rockport.

Consalvo, whose specialities include jumping and dressage, was recently the head coach of the Boston College equestrian team. She was also the director of the riding program at Volo Farm. Prior to Volo Farm, she was assistant manager of Bear Spot Farm, an upper-level dressage training facility.

Bay State gas prices hold steady

BOSTON (AP) — Massachusetts gas prices remain unchanged and below the national average.

AAA Southern New England reports Monday that self-serve regular remains at average of $2.68 per gallon, two cents below the national average and a nickel above the cost a year ago.

AAA found self-serve regular gas as low as $2.53 per gallon and as much as $2.99.
