Topsfield Fairhosting job fair

TOPSFIELD — The Topsfield Fairgrounds is hosting a job fair for the 2013 season. The fair is looking to fill temporary positions for the 2013 fair, which runs Oct. 4 to 14.

The job fair will be held Thursday, Aug. 8, from 5 to 8 p.m., and on Saturday, Aug. 10, 9 a.m. to noon. All interested candidates are encouraged to attend the event, which will be held in Coolidge Hall of the fairgrounds, to discuss the scope of the work. There are a variety of positions in parking, ticketing, security, greeters, education, information booths, and more! If available, applicants should bring a resume, letters of recommendation, and any other helpful documents.

Realty office sponsors concert

A series of free seaside concerts is being sponsored by a local realty office.

Coldwell Banker’s Gloucester office is the 40th Anniversary Concert banner sponsor for the 2013 Harbor Loop Summer Concert season, according to the organizing committee for the shows.

All of the funding for the concerts comes from private businesses, restaurants and individuals. These free concerts take place Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., at the Fitz Hugh Lane Museum on Harbor Loop through Aug. 29.
