Car Care Tip: Today's front-wheel-drive cars use constant velocity CV axles in place of the rear-wheel drive shafts. CV axles do wear out and break. When they do break, your car will have to be towed. If you hear a clanging noise from your wheels when parallel parking, you can be very sure you're about to have a CV axle failure.
