Shayna Lyn Hofstetter and John Anthony Trupiano were married on June 24, 2011 at Lutheran Church in Gloucester. Pastor Ann officiated the ceremony. The bride was given in marriage by her oldest brother, Sean Ketchopulos. A reception followed at Cruiseport in Gloucester.

Shayna is the daughter of Julie Bubar of Rockport and the late David Hofstetter, formerly of Baltimore. John is the son of Joanne and Tony Trupiano of Gloucester.

Maid of honor was Jackie Medico of Gloucester. Matron of honor was Shelby Ketchopulos. Bridesmaids were Erin Hedetniemi, and Marlena Kolterjahn.

Best man was Steve Amaral of Gloucester. Ushers were Dusty Ketchopulos, Tony Fernandes, and Tyler Kolterjahn. Ring bearer was Owen John Trupiano, son of John and Shayna Trupiano.

Shayna is a graduate of Rockport High School. She earned an Associate degree in Liberal Arts and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Salem State University.

John is a graduate of Gloucester High School. He is a Mason at Jeffrey's Creek Land Contractors.

The couple vacationed in North Conway for their honeymoon.

They reside in Gloucester.
