Fish landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 45,000 pounds of fish Thursday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

Medium pollock: 12,000 pounds (75 cents)

Large pollock: 7,200 pounds (85 cents)

Ocean perch: 4,400 pounds (75 cents)

Scrod haddock: 2,600 pounds ($2.56)

Medium and small pollock: 2,100 pounds (71 cents)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston's Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester's Whaling City Auction, handled 88,400 pounds of fish and 99,100 pounds of scallops Wednesday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 33,300 pounds of fish Wednesday.

No landings were reported Thursday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
