Manchester Essex school lunch menus

Week of Sept. 23-27

Elementary schools

Monday — Mozzarella or zucchini sticks and dip, chicken Caesar wrap, mixed Italian vegetables

Tuesday — Grilled chicken patty on wheat bun, sunbutter and jelly wrap, yogurt, lemon zest broccoli, roasted cauliflower

Wednesday — No school

Thursday — Whole grain pizza, vegetable burger, spinach and fruit salad

Friday — Chicken teriyaki salad, yogurt and bagel, sugar snap peas, black bean and corn salad

Served daily — Chicken patty on wheat roll, vegetable bar, fruit, milk

Middle and High schools

Monday — Garlic chicken and pasta, hamburger and wheat roll, Mediterranean quinoa salad, celery sticks and hummus

Tuesday — Chili, bread bowl, blazing hot chicken, apple cabbage slaw, garden salad

Wednesday — No school

Thursday — Smart pizza, barbecue ham and pineapple panini, kale salad

Friday — Barbecue chicken quesadilla, Asian chicken salad wrap, roasted potatoes, edamame

Served daily — Whole grain pizza, deli and salad and vegetable bar, spaghetti and meat sauce, peanut butter and jelly, yogurt parfait and pretzel, fruit, milk
