ESSEX— These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled in the town of Manchester this week:

Today

Library Trustees, 11:30 a.m., Town Hall.

Finance Committee, 7 p.m., TOHP Burnham Library. Transfers, approval of minutes, discussion of fiscal 2014 fire budget, fiscal 2014 budget discussion.

Tuesday

Board of Registrars, 4 p.m., Town Hall. Street listing and computer input wrap-up; discussion of state and town elections, special meeting, state funding of special election, election technology, election-related legislation.

Selectmen, 7 p.m., TOHP Burnham Library. Conomo point installment and sale agreements, final design preparations for boardwalk, regional, town administrator’s report and weekly meeting report, draft of annual town meeting warrant, potential schedule change for Annual Town Election, FEMA Hazard Grant, public comment.
