Today

Finance Committee, 7 p.m., Rockport Public Library. Approval of minutes, Capital Improvement Planning Committee status, preparation of preliminary budget for selectmen workshop.

Personnel Board, 7:30 p.m., Town Hall Conference Room A. Annual Town Meeting pay rate review and recommendations for the Police Department, Department of Public Works and the Planning Board clerk. Review and approval of the 2012 annual Personnel Board Town Report.

Tuesday

Council on Aging, 6 p.m., Rockport Community House. Director’s report, budget discussion, financial reports, update on community out reach, newsletter discussion.

Board of Assessors, 6 p.m., Town Hall. Abatement applications.

Selectmen, 7 p.m., Town Hall Conference Room A. Capital budget and budget overview with departments.

Thursday

Thacher Island Association, Thacher and Straitsmouth Island Town Committee, 7:30 p.m., police station. Financial report, island project discussion.
