Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 35,700 pounds of fish Friday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

Medium and small pollock: 13,500 pounds ($1.46)

Ocean perch: 7,700 pounds (88 cents)

Large pollock: 4,300 pounds ($1.76)

Market cod: 1,900 pounds ($2.77)

Scrod haddock: 1,900 pounds ($2.52)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 20,700 pounds of fish and but reported no scallops landed Wednesday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 11,200 pounds of fish Wednesday

No landings were reported Thursday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
