Week of Jan. 7-11

Elementary schools

Monday — Oven-fried chicken, spicy potato wedges, steamed carrots

Tuesday — Turkey hot dog, vegetarian baked beans, cole slaw

Wednesday — Whole wheat pancakes, turkey sausage, applesauce, apple raisin and carrot salad

Thursday — Stuffed crust pizza and broccoli salad

Friday — Grilled cheese on wheat, vegetable soup, vegetable sticks and hummus

Served daily — Hamburger on wheat roll, yogurt parfait with pretzel, sunbutter and jelly, salad and vegetable bar, fruit, milk

Middle and High schools

Monday — Oven-fried chicken, cheesburger on wheat roll, brown rice pilaf, oven-baked carrot fries

Tuesday — Chicken fajitas, beef tacos, Rib-B-Q on wheat roll, Spanish rice, bean salad

Wednesday — Potato bar with toppings, spinach salad

Thursday — Homemade pizza, vegetable burger, kale salad

Friday — Steak bomb panini, apple and cheese panini, fish sandwich, sweet potato fries

Served daily — Whole grain pizza, deli,salad and vegetable bar, spaghetti with meat sauce, peanut butter and jelly, yogurt parfait with pretzel, fruit, milk
