Fish landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 93,800 pounds of fish Thursday.

Top species landed and average price were:

Ocean perch: 33,500 pounds (60)

Large sow hake: 10,000 pounds ($1.62)

Scrod cod: 9,700 pounds ($2.03)

Medium and small pollock: 8,500 pounds (74 cents)

Market cod: 7,100 pounds ($2.41)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston's Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester's Whaling City Auction, handled 152,400 pounds of fish Thursday.

The Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford handled 19,200 pounds of scallops Thursday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 64,800 pounds of fish Wednesday.

No landings were reported Thursday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
