Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 27,200 pounds of fish Monday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

:Medium and small pollock: 1,800 pounds ($1.26)

Market cod: 4,900 pounds ($2.46)

Large cod: 1,400 pounds ($3.39)

Large pollock: 1,600 pounds ($1.77)

Large Hake: 700 pounds ($1.91)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 73,900 pounds of fish Friday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 36,300 pounds of fish Tuesday.

No landings were reported Sunday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
