Weekly playgroup for toddlers and preschoolers, 9 to 11 a.m., Manchester Community Center. Each week includes a theme and variety of activities for toddlers. Plenty to keep your infant entertained as well.

Wooblin’ Gooblin Parade, 10 a.m., Manchester Town Hall. Meet by front fountain around 9:45 a.m. for kick-off. Collect treats from local businesses along parade route. Bring little ones in costumes.

Wednesday, Oct. 30

Teen Zone meeting, 6:30 p.m., Manchester Public Library. Join this Teen Advisory Board’s weekly Wednesday meetings and earn community service hours. Grades 9-12 welcome to apply at library, or email acowman@mvlc.org.
