Free boulevard concert

The Gloucester Fund and gimmesound.com will present a free concert on Gloucester Harbor July 3 from 5 to 11 p.m. with Carlos Menezes Jr.’s Cape Ann Big Big joining the Runaround for its 6th Annual Runaround Fireworks Extravaganza!
