Saturday, July 27

Annual Summerfaire, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Unitarian Universalist Society, 4 Cleaves St. Silent auction, 50-50 raffle, book sale, plant sale, crafts and children’s games. Hot dogs and baked goods sold. Thrift Shop open.

Giant yard sale at Old Sloop Fair, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., First Congregational Church, 12 School St.

Annual art sale, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. All proceeds benefit St. Mary’s Mission Outreach projects.

Old Garden Beach Association children’s picnic, 11 a.m. Races and games on beach, followed by cookout lunch on the green. $1 donation per child. Rain date: July 28. All neighbors, friends, members and nonmembers welcome.

Sunday, July 28

Rockport Legion Band free summer concert, 7 p.m., Back Beach Bandstand. Bring chairs or sit on the grass; popcorn and cold drinks are available. Kids welcome!

Annual art sale, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., St. Mary’s Episcopal Church. All proceeds benefit St. Mary’s Mission Outreach projects.
