Symphony Singers auditions
Cape Ann Symphony Singers are holding auditions for all vocal parts (soprano, alto, tenor and bass) Tuesday, Sept. 3, and Thursday, Sept. 5, 6:45 to 9 p.m., at the Unitarian Universalist Church, 4 Cleaves St., Rockport. Cape Ann Symphony Singers rehearse every Tuesday, Sept. 10-Nov. 19, 7 to 9 p.m., at the UU Church in Rockport. The Friends of the Manchester Public Library’s annual summer book sale is Saturday, Aug. 3, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday, Aug. 4, 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Large selections of fiction, art, sports, boating, nature, travel and more.
