Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 22,100 pounds of fish Monday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

:Large monktail: 3,300 pounds ($2.26)

Medium pollock: 3,200 pounds (81 cents)

Scrod haddock: 2,800 pounds ($2.84)

:Large hake: 2,200 pounds ($1.37)

:Small greysole: 1,900 pounds ($2.62)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 10,800 pounds of fish Thursday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 30,400 pounds of fish Thursday.

No landings were reported Monday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
