Saturday Showcase

Cape Ann Museum, 27 Pleasant St., will present a Saturday Showcase with children’s book author and illustrator Frances Wosmek on Saturday, April 20, at 11 a.m. Features story time, light refreshments and children’s art activities, including illustration, collage and poetry writing. ‘Swing into Spring’

Rocky Neck Art Colony will present “Swing into Spring,” a fundraiser event to benefit the purchase of The Cultural Center at Rocky Neck, on Sunday, April 28, 4 p.m., at The Cultural Center at Rocky Neck, 6 Wonson St. Wine and cheese with Cape Ann Big Band swing ensemble and Mari Martin, and dance performance by Sarah Slifer Swift.
