Children from preschool through grade six may sign up for the Rockport Public Library Summer Reading Program beginning Monday, June 24. Theme for the seven-week program is “Dig into Reading.” Reading records, time logs, book bags and bookmarks available in the Junior Department. Children can also join the “Read and Win” program sponsored by Topsfield Fair. Those who read at least 20 hours — alone or with an adult — will receive a free ticket to the fair plus a voucher for a hot dog and beverage, two ride tickets, and a “Read and Win” ribbon.
