Senior Supper Club meets May 13

When the Senior Supper Club meets Tuesday the topic will be “Caring for Hospitalized Elders.”

Registered nurse Shirley Conway will be guest speaker. She is director of Geriatric Initiatives Lahey Health and Management at the Senior Adult Unit at Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester.

The group will meet at 4:30 p.m. May 13, at the hospital, 298 Washington St. Gloucester. A complimentary dinner will be provided by the Cafe at Addison Gilbert Hospital, followed by Conway’s presentation.

The club is open to Rockport and Gloucester seniors 65 years of age or older; but seating is limited. Gloucester seniors should contact Rose Baker Senior Center director Lucy Sheehan at 978-281-9765 x22. Rockport seniors should contact Rockport Senor Center director Diane Bertolinoat at 978-546-257.

The club is hosted by Addison Gilbert Hospital and Unidine, in partnership with the Gloucester Police Department and the Rockport and Gloucester senior centers.
