Devil’s Island, a movie filmed on Thacher Island, 7:30 p.m., Rockport Community House, 58 Broadway. $5 suggested donation to be shared by Thacher Island Association and Gloucester High School’s film club. Rockport HarvestFest, all day celebrations of coastal New England autumn fare, fun, music and art. With a scarecrow contest, scarecrow stroll, scarecrow parade, pumpkin-painting, guitar-making, local foods, seafoods and all day cooking demos. www.rockportartfestivals.com.
