“Little Mermaid Jr.,” presented by O’Maley Middle School’s Performing Arts Department, 1 p.m. $5 for students and seniors, $7 for adults.

Five Live Wrestling Exhibitions, 3 to 5:30 p.m., Gloucester High School. Referee determines winners based on points or pins in three-round bouts. Team members, ages 10-14, will be featured. $5 suggested donation at the door for ages 12 and up. Concessions be available. Support outing follows at La Trattoria, with portion of proceeds supporting team.

Cursillo ultreya and potluck supper, St. Ann Church, Holy Family Parish. Supper at 5 p.m.. followed by ultreya at 6 p.m. All welcome. 978-879-3655.

10-Minute Play Workshop, 7 to 9 p.m., Gloucester Writers Center, 126 East Main St., with one-on-one work. Plot, characters, dialogue and conflict. First of four weekly classes. Create a 10-minute play to be performed live. Course fee, $125; Call M. Lynda Robinson at 617-899-5656.
