Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 24,000 pounds of fish Monday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

:Medium and small pollock: 13,300 pounds ($1.51)

Large pollock: 2,800 pounds ($1.68)

Market cod: 1,800 pounds ($3.15)

Large hake: 1,400 pounds ($1.70)

Ocean perch (redfish): 1,200 pounds ($1.27)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 13,800 pounds of fish Monday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 10,500 pounds of fish Sunday.

No landings were reported Tuesday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
