Cultural district public hearing, 7 p.m., TOHP Burnham Library, 30 Martin St. Selectmen invite residents to sound off on the potential formation of a cultural district.

Pan-Mass Challenge fundraiser at Essex Seafood, from 3 p.m. on 143 Eastern Ave., a percentage of all sales will go to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute through its Jimmy Fund.
