Marine weather for Cape Ann

Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary.

Today, southeast winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet.

Tonight, south winds 5 to 10 knots. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Chance of showers.

Friday, south winds 5 to 10 knots, increasing to 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Patchy fog. Showers likely. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Friday night, southeast winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 25 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet. Patchy fog. Chance of showers. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Saturday, east winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 25 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet. Patchy fog. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Saturday night, northeast winds 10 to 15 knots, becoming north 5 to 10 knots after midnight. Gusts up to 20 knots. Seas 3 to 5 feet.

Sunday, northeast winds 5 to 10 knots with gusts up to 20 knots. Seas around 3 feet.

Sunday night, west winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 25 knots. Seas 2 to 4 feet.
