Dog Town walk
In celebration of the 40th anniversary of Rockport’s Toad Hall Bookstore, a walking tour of Dog Town will be offered to those who want to learn more about this area’s natural history or are just looking for a peaceful walk in the woods before a large holiday dinner. The walk will take place, rain or shine, on Thursday, Nov. 22, and departs from 13 Applecart Road in Rockport at 8:30 a.m. and returns at approximately 10 a.m. Call Eric Hutchins at 978-546-6425.
Chelsea Berry performs
Chelsea Berry will perform Saturday, Dec. 1, 7 p.m., at the Crowell Chapel in the Rosedale Cemetery in Manchester. This special holiday performance, “Holiday’s & Wintertide: An Evening with Chelsea Berry & Friends,” will feature the musical talents of Rockport’s John Rockwell, and the husband and wife duo of Joe Cardoza and Renée Dupuis of Rowley.
