Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 30,100 pounds of fish Tuesday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

Medium and small pollock: 14,000 pounds ($1.17)

Market cod: 2,900 pounds ($2.03)

Large hake: 2,200 pounds ($1.79)

Large pollock: 2,100 pounds ($2.05)

Large monktail: 1,400 pounds ($3.35)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 82,100 pounds of fish and 37,200 pounds of scallops Monday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction reported no landings Monday.

No landings were reported Tuesday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
