Cape Ann TV’s annual Santa party, 3 to 7 p.m., 38 Blackburn Center, Gloucester. Children invited to meet Santa Claus. Meetings with Santa will be videotaped and shown on CATV’s Channel 12 on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Free and open to the public. Fourth annual Holiday Fair with Gifts that Care, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Manchester Community Center. Toys, jewelry, paper products, purses, artwork, house wares and collectibles. Items either made from recycled products, benefit charity or are fair trade goods. All proceeds benefit Beverly Bootstraps, Wellspring and Cape Ann Animal Aid. www.manchestercommunitycenter.org.
