Fourth annual Holiday Fair with Gifts that Care, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Manchester Community Center. Toys, jewelry, paper products, purses, artwork, house wares and collectibles. Items either made from recycled products, benefit charity or are fair trade goods. All proceeds benefit Beverly Bootstraps, Wellspring and Cape Ann Animal Aid. www.manchestercommunitycenter.org.
