Friday, April 19 — Pizza, garden salad, fruit juice, fruit
Monday, April 22 — Pork ragout with gravy, whipped potato, yellow and green beans, green fruited Jello.
Tuesday, April 23 — Lasagna with meat sauce, roasted zucchini, garden salad, fresh fruit.
Wednesday, April 24 — Kale soup, chicken Marsala, rice pilaf, fresh melon.
Thursday, April 25 — Roast brisket with gravy, roasted potatoes and onions, winter squash, chocolate cake.
Friday, April 26 — Farmer’s winter soup, potato crunch fish, garden peas, fruit.
Skim milk and controlled-sugar dessert available. Meals are served at:
