Fish Landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 28,700 pounds of fish Sunday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

:Small dabs: 3, 400 pounds (58 cents)

Large monktail: 3,300 pounds ($2.08)

Small monktail: 2,900 pounds ($1.48)

Small greysole: 1,600 pounds ($1.47)

Medium pollock: 1,500 pounds ($1.11)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 38,500 pounds of fish and 103,700 pounds of scallops Sunday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 23,700 pounds of fish Sunday.

No landings were reported Monday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
