Council on Aging monthly mystery ride, van pickup starts at 1 p.m., return by 3 p.m. Driver heads to an undisclosed destination on North Shore for some delicious fun! For reservations, call 978-526-7500.

Thursday, May 9

Council on Aging’s lunch trip to Gloucester’s Passports restaurant, 11:30 a.m. senior van pickup, return by 1:45 p.m. For reservations, call 978-526-7500.

Open Door’s annual Empty Bowl Dinner, 4 to 8 p.m., Cruiseport Gloucester. Extra parking at Good Harbor Beach, with regular trolley service to and from event. $15, $10 for children under 10.
