Santa arrives in Dock Square by horse drawn carriage, 10:30 a.m. All Children get traditional bag of candy, fruit and goodies.

Volunteers meet at Spiran Hall, 9 a.m., to deliver baskets.

Friday, Dec. 28

Theatre in the Pines, presents “Charlotte’s Web, 7:30 p.m., at The Community House/Senior Center, 58 Broadway, Rockport. Tickets $10, adults; $5, children; at Toad Hall in Rockport and The Bookstore in Gloucester.

Tribute to John Lennon and George Harrison concert, 6 to 9:30 p.m., Shalin Liu Performance Center, Rockport. Beatles tribute band Octopus’s Garden performs classic Beatles songs, and The Mockers perform solo works by Lennon and Harrison. $20. All proceeds benefit local cancer related charities.
