Monday, Jan. 7 — Beef (Moroccan) stew, roasted sweet potato, rye
Tuesday, Jan. 8 — Tuscan chicken, Parmesan rice, Italian vegetables, fruit
Wednesday, Jan. 9 — Roast turkey with gravy, whipped potato, peas and carrots, brownie
Thursday, Jan. 10 — Spaghetti and meatballs with sauce and cheese, Caesar salad, butterscotch pudding
Friday, Jan. 11 — Roasted vegetable soup, reduced sodium frank, macaroni and cheese, fresh fruit
