Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary:

Small craft and freezing spray advisories in effect through this afternoon.

Today, west winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots. Seas 5 to 8 feet. Chance of snow showers.

Tonight, northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots. Seas 4 to 7 feet. Chance of snow showers.

Thursday, northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 35 knots. Seas 5 to 8 feet. Chance of light freezing spray.

Thursday night, northwest winds 25 to 30 knots diminishing to 20 to 25 knots after midnight. Seas 5 to 8 feet.

Friday, northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots becoming west 5 to 10 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 feet. Chance of snow.

Friday night, northeast winds 5 to 10 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 4 feet. Snow likely. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Saturday, north winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 35 knots. Seas 4 to 7 feet. Snow likely. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Saturday night, northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 35 knots. Seas 4 to 7 feet.

Sunday, south winds around 5 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 3 feet.

Sunday night, south winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots, diminishing to 5 to 10 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet.
