Rockport Public Schools lunch menus

Gloucester Daily Times

Week of Feb. 4-8

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Monday — Chicken nuggets, rice pilaf, broccoli trees

Tuesday — Taco salad with tortilla chips, roasted chick peas, vegetable sticks

Wednesday — Barbecue baked chicken, steamed carrots, mashed potatoes, roll

Thursday — Spaghetti and meatballs, green beans

Friday — Vegetable and cheese pizza, tossed salad

Served daily — Chicken Caesar salad with whole grain bread stick or pita bread, fruit, milk

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL

Monday — Chicken nuggets, rice pilaf, broccoli trees

Tuesday — Taco bar with tortilla chips, roasted chick peas, vegetable sticks

Wednesday — Barbecue baked chicken, steamed carrots, mashed potatoes, roll

Thursday — Spaghetti and meatballs or meatball sub, green beans

Friday — Vegetable cheese pizza, tossed salad

Served daily — Fruit, milk
