Coastal waters east of Ipswich Bay and the Stellwagen Bank National Marine Sanctuary:

Today, north winds 5 to 10 knots becoming west 15 to 20 knots in the afternoon. Seas 2 to 4 feet. Chance of snow. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Tonight, northwest winds 20 to 25 knots diminishing to 15 to 20 knots after midnight. Seas 4 to 6 feet.

Thursday, northwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots becoming north 10 to 15 knots in the afternoon. Seas 3 to 5 feet.

Thursday night, east winds 10 to 15 knots. Gusts up to 20 knots after midnight. Seas 2 to 3 feet. Chance of snow. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Friday, east winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots increasing to 25 to 30 knots with gusts up to 45 knots in the afternoon. Seas 5 to 8 feet. Snow and rain likely. Visibility 1 nautical miles or less.

Friday night, northeast winds 35 to 45 knots with gusts up to 50 knots. Seas 9 to 14 ft. Snow. Visibility 1 nautical miles or less.

Saturday, north winds 30 to 40 knots with gusts up to 50 knots. Seas 13 to 18 feet. Snow likely. Visibility 1 to 3 nautical miles.

Saturday night, northwest winds 20 to 25 knots with gusts up to 30 knots. Seas 9 to 14 feet.

Sunday, west winds 10 to 15 knots with gusts up to 20 knots. Seas 5 to 8 feet.

Sunday night, southwest winds 15 to 20 knots with gusts up to 25 knots. Seas 4 to 6 feet.
