ROCKPORT — These municipal meetings, open to the public, are scheduled this week in Rockport:

Monday

Essex Regional Retirement System, 8:30 a.m., Essex Regional Retirement System Board Room, 491 Maple St., Building 200, Suite 201, Danvers. New enrollments, approval of warrants, executive director’s report, fund extension requests.

Rights of Way Committee, 7 p.m., Conference Room A, Town Hall. Management report, Hillside, Front Beach stairs, Reeds Lane, Lanes Farm, field trip report on Atlantic Path, Cape Ann Trails Initiative Report, Captains’ and Overseers’ reports.

Tuesday

Library Trustees,1 p.m., Trustees Room, Rockport Public Library.

Council on Aging, 6 p.m., Community House. Finance and evaluation committee reports.

Selectmen workshop, 7 p.m., Conference Room A, Town Hall. Policies and procedures.

Board of Appeals, 7:30 p.m., Brenner Room, Rockport Public Library. Hearings on Waring, 329 Granite St.; Butter, 6 Gap Head Road; Walter, 60 High St.; Campbell, 38 Jerden’s Lane. Old business: Goodwin, 6 North Road; Manahan Suit vm, 7 Doyles Cove Road; and bylaw references.

Wednesday

North Shore & Cape Ann Emergency Preparedness Coalition, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m., DPW Building, 50 Farm Road, Peabody. Fiscal 2103 budget, best practices, EEE and West Nile virus concerns.

Board of Fire Engineers, 6:30 p.m., Rockport Fire Station.

Policy subcommittee

of School Committee, 6:30 p.m., library, Rockport Middle and High School, Jerden’s Lane.

Saturday

Public Works drop-off day, 8 to 11 a.m. The drop-off for CRTs (CRTs are found in items such as computer monitors and televisions), major appliances and 20-pound gas grill propane tanks is at the garage yard off Upper Main Street. There will be a charge of up to $10 per item. Cash or checks will be accepted.

Automotive drop-off will be at the Wastewater Treatment Plant at the end of Pleasant Street.
