Fish landings

Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 21,500 pounds of fish Friday and 31,600 pounds Thursday.

Top species landed and average prices Monday were: Small and medium pollock: 49,300 pounds (68 cents) Large pollock: 6,500 pounds (95 cents)

Large hake: 2,400 pounds ($1.61) Scrod haddock: 2,300 pounds ($3.11) Market cod: 1,800 pounds ($3.57)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 35,300 pounds of fish and 61,800 pounds of scallops Wednesday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 18,300 pounds of fish Wednesday.

No landings were reported Thursday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
