Cape Ann Seafood Exchange

The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 33,600 pounds of fish Tuesday.

Top species landed and average prices were:

Medium and small pollock: 7,700 pounds ($1.05)

Large hake: 5,200 pounds ($1.22)

Market cod: 4,600 pounds ($1.52)

Large monktail: 1,700 pounds ($4.35)

Medium hake: 1,600 pounds ($1.06)

Other landings

The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 94,800 pounds of fish and 23,600 pounds of scallops Monday.

The Portland, Maine, Display Auction handled 19,000 pounds of fish Monday.

No landings were reported Tuesday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
