The Cape Ann Seafood Exchange handled 40,200 pounds of fish Wednesday, and 54,700 pounds Thursday.
Top species landed Thursday and average prices were:
:Medium and small pollock: 37,100 pounds (80 cents)
Ocean perch: 8.300 pounds (60 cents)
Large pollock: 2,800 pounds ($1.76)
Small greysole: 1,100 pounds ($1.50)
Large monktail: 900 pounds ($3.32)
Other landings
The Buyers And Sellers Exchange (BASE), an electronic auctioning company that sells landings at owner Whaling City Seafood Display Auction in New Bedford, Boston’s Whaling City Auction, and Gloucester’s Whaling City Auction, handled 50,700 pounds of fish and 9,700 pounds of scallops Wednesday.
The Portland, Maine, Display Auction reported no landings Tuesday, but handled 5,000 pounds of fish Wednesday.
No landings were reported Thursday at the New England Fish Exchange in Boston.
